Mr. ZHANG Hongen,

Graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Lanzhou University in 1983 with a master's degree, and is currently the chairman of Ningxia Golden Fortune Sheep Industry Co., Ltd., and has served as the director of the Institute of Enterprise Decision Analysis of the Ningxia Academy of Social Sciences and the deputy county magistrate of the Jingyuan County, Ningxia.

From 1989 to 1990, studied at the Joint Training Center of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the University of California, focusing on corporate decision analysis.

From 1993 to 1996, he served as the director of the Institute of Enterprise Decision Analysis of the Ningxia Academy of Social Sciences.

From 1997 to 1998, served as the director of the Ningxia Jinghe Halal Meat Factory.

From 1998 to 2000, served as the deputy head of science and technology of the People's Government of Jingyuan County, Ningxia.

In September 2000, visited the Netherlands and other European countries for investigation and study as a member and translator of the "Expert Group on Deep Processing of Animal Products in Western China" organized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. In 2003, Served as one of the leaders of the research group, under collaboration with Dr. Zhang Dequan of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, jointly undertook the "Western Special Project" of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China "Ningxia Mutton Deep Processing Research" hosted by the Ningxia Science and Technology Department, and established a series of research achievements in the processing of chilled mutton and low-temperature mutton cooked food.

By 2003, Mr. ZHANG established Ningxia Golden Fortune Sheep Industry Co., Ltd. 

关于企业法人—张洪恩

1983年毕业于兰州大学化学系，研究生学历，现任宁夏金福来羊产业有限企业董事长，曾任宁夏社会科学院企业决策分析研究所所长、宁夏泾源县人民政府副县长等职。1989年至1990年在中国社会科学院研究生院与美国加州大学联合培训中心进修，主攻企业决策分析。1993年至1996年期间担任宁夏社会科学院企业决策分析研究所所长。

1997年2月－1998年5月担任宁夏泾河清真肉联厂厂长，1998年6月至2000年3月任宁夏泾源县人民政府科技副县长。2000年9月，作为国家外专局组织的“中国西部畜产品深加工专家团”成员兼翻译到荷兰等欧洲国家考察学习 2003年，作为吴忠涝河桥清真肉食品有限企业法定代表人，与中国农业科学院张德权博士分别担任课题组组长，共同承担了宁夏科技厅主持的国家科技部“西部专项”《宁夏羊肉深加工研究》，在冷鲜羊肉及低温羊肉熟食品加工方面取得了一系列研究成果。2003年5月，牵头成立了宁夏金福来羊产业有限企业，担任法定代表人。
